TAMALIKA BANERJEE 

Founder, CSO

Tamalika was earlier at MIT and MESA+ (Twente) and is a professor at ZIAM in Groningen (NL) working on CMOS and brain-inspired computing with functional materials.

RUBEN HAMMING-GREEN

Co-founder, Head of R&D 

Ruben, originally from the US, did his PhD in neuromorphic materials and devices from Cognigron, University of Groningen (NL) and IBM cleanroom​ (Zurich).

AZMINUL JAMAN

Co-founder, Circuit Engineer

Azminul is an IIT alumni, has a PhD in neuromorphic devices and circuit engineering​ from Cognigron, University of  Groningen (NL), and has working experience at NIST (US).

SAURABH SONI

Chief Technology Officer

Saurabh is an IIT alumni, has a PhD in organic semiconductors from ZIAM, University of Groningen (NL), postdoc from MESA+ (Twente) cleanroom on organic neuromorphics devices.

Boudewijn Docter
Business Advisor

Boudewijn is the Director of Engineering at TNO Photonics facility. Priort to this, he founded Effect Photonics, worked as an semiconductor entrepreneur in-residence at HightecXL and venture builder with expertise in moving the tech from lab to volume.

IMEC.istart (NL) provides tailored support for commercial activities to promote global growth of startups. We have been selected for the Fall 2025 cohort, and are being personally coached by their venture accelerator manager, Bart Nelissen.

Aaron Thean
Advisor (ad-hoc)

Aaron is Deputy President & Provost at National University of Singapore and a consulting fellow to IMEC, Belgium. Prior to this, he worked at IMEC (VP of Logic Technologies), Qualcomm (US), IBM (US), and other semiconductor industries.

Georgi Gaydadjiev
Technology Advisor

Georgi is a professor at TU Delft (NL), Chair of Computer architecture and member of Cognigron board. Before, he was a professor in Groningen (NL), Imperial College (UK), Chalmers University (Sweden), VP of Maxelere Technologies (London & Delft).
